FEEDBACK REQUESTED: LANGUAGE ACCESS PLAN FOR PERSONS OF LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
Senate Bill 318 of the 2021 Nevada Legislative Session requires each agency of the Executive Department of the State Government to develop and biennially revise a Language Access Plan. The LAP should include information relating to existing services available to persons of limited English proficiency and recommendations for meting the need for such services.
