Las Vegas, NV April 22, 2024
Small business owners and
aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to attend the free Nevada Small
Business Resource Fair powered by the Nevada Department of Business and
Industry on Wednesday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sahara West
Library, located at 9600 W. Sahara Avenue.
The event is taking
place during National Small Business Week 2024, an initiative of the Small
Business Administration, which celebrates the resiliency and tenacity of
America’s entrepreneurs who are doing their part to power our nation’s economy.
The Nevada Small
Business Resource Fair is a one-stop shop for new or existing business owners
to make connections and learn about business structure, taxes, licensing,
funding, hiring help, marketing, and more. The fair will feature 50+ government
and nonprofit exhibitors from Nevada’s dedicated small business and
entrepreneurship support community offering free resources and information.
Walk-ins are welcome,
but online pre-registration is encouraged. Registration can be completed at https://2024-small-business-fair.eventbrite.com.
Food trucks will be
on-site so attendees can grab lunch or a snack. Library parking lot is
limited, street parking is available on S. Grand Canyon Drive and Preakness
Pass.
