The West Charleston Library is a large public library that offers traditional services for both adults and children. It offers free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi), and a Health Sciences special collection as well as a 276-seat lecture hall. The library is located next to the Charleston Campus of the College of Southern Nevada. The Resource Center is open to Certified Diverse Business owners, Nevada Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE) providing services in highway, transportation, construction and related industries seeking or performing work on public works.
