The Clark County Bar Association (CCBA) is a 501(c)(6), non-profit, voluntary member organization with annual membership opportunities for attorneys, judges, legal assistants, legal secretaries, law students, and merchants. While membership is concentrated in southern Nevada, CCBA also has members scattered throughout the state and nation.
The Fennemore Craig Venture Accelerator Program focuses on start-ups by providing access to legal services, as well as helping to launch their enterprises.
Nevada Legal Services, Inc. (NLS) is a non-profit organization providing free legal services to low income Nevadans. NLS is a state wide organization assisting every county in Nevada. We are funded through various sources but are primarily funded through a grant from the federal government by way of the Legal Services Corporation.
NFIB is the voice of small business, advocating on behalf of America’s small and independent business owners, both in Washington, D.C., and in all 50 state capitals. NFIB is nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member-driven. Since our founding in 1943, NFIB has been exclusively dedicated to small and independent businesses, and remains so today.
The State Bar of Nevada is a public corporation that operates under the supervision of the Nevada Supreme Court. The state bar regulates attorneys in Nevada and provides education and development programs for the legal profession and the public. Since its foundation in 1928, the State Bar of Nevada has committed itself to serving its members and the public. From its admissions, lawyer regulation and client protection divisions to services such as lawyer referral, law related education and access to justice, the State Bar of Nevada has a wide variety of programs designed to meet its mission. The state bar has two office locations in Las Vegas and Reno and supports a staff of about 50 people who perform a wide variety of services.
